Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) governs use of the Nousaxis platform. By using the platform you agree to this policy in its entirety. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

2. Prohibited Use Categories

Generating, requesting, or distributing the following content on Nousaxis is prohibited:

• Gambling & betting: Betting strategies, odds analysis, sports-forecasting tips, wagering advice.
• Financial advice: Investment, stock, crypto, forex, or credit advice, signal generation, buy/sell recommendations.
• Medical advice: Diagnosis, prescriptions, dosage guidance, weight-loss or muscle-building protocols, steroid/peptide/SARM guidance.
• Impersonation & deep-fake fabrication: Impersonation of real people, fabricated quotes attributed to them, text or scripts intended to feed face-swap or voice-cloning systems.
• Adult content: Sexually explicit stories, scenes, or roleplay.
• Political campaigning: Campaign ads, speeches, or material for a specific candidate, party, or political movement.
• Academic dishonesty: Ghostwriting of essays, term papers, theses, or exam answers.
• Pseudo-science: Horoscopes, astrology, tarot, fortune-telling, clairvoyance, or comparable prediction services.
• Hate speech, violence, illegal activity: Discrimination, harassment, weapons manufacturing, malware, fraud.

3. Automated Review

The platform uses automated input moderation to block requests falling into the categories above. If a request is blocked and you believe it was misclassified, you may contact support.

4. Output Responsibility

Processing, publishing, or distributing Nousaxis output in a manner that violates this policy is prohibited. The user is solely responsible for how the output is used.

5. Termination

Talonaris reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate this policy, without prior notice.
