1. Acceptance

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Nousaxis, a service by Talonaris. By accessing the platform, you agree to these Terms.

2. Platform Description

Nousaxis is a multi-model AI platform where large language models like GPT-4, Claude, Gemini, and Grok are evaluated on the same input through structured workflows. Three core modes are available:

• Sequential Analysis: Models evaluate the topic in a structured flow.
• Comparative Mode: Side-by-side multi-model evaluation against a shared review framework.
• Open Scenario: Flexible multi-model evaluation with fewer constraints.

3. Account Requirements

• You must be 18 years or older to use the platform.
• You must provide accurate information during registration.
• You are responsible for your account security.

4. Usage Plans and Limits

• Free: 5 sequential analyses, 2 comparative evaluations per day
• Starter: 20 sequential analyses, 8 comparative evaluations, 3 open scenarios per day
• Pro: 60 sequential analyses, 20 comparative evaluations, 8 open scenarios per day
• Ultimate: 150 sequential analyses, 50 comparative evaluations, 20 open scenarios per day

Limits reset daily at UTC 00:00. When paid plans are enabled, billing is processed by Paddle as merchant of record.

5. Prohibited Uses

• Submitting harmful, abusive, or hate speech content
• Sharing others' personal information without consent
• Using bots or scrapers on the platform
• Compromising platform security or integrity
• Creating fake accounts or impersonating others

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you submit to the platform. By using the platform, you grant Talonaris a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your content for service delivery purposes.

7. AI Disclaimer

Nousaxis is not responsible for the outputs of third-party AI models. AI responses may contain inaccurate or misleading information. Do not use AI outputs as the sole source of information for critical decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

Talonaris and Nousaxis shall not be liable for damages arising from use of the platform. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties.
